Staging Option 1 - Our service will walk with you through each area of your property and pin point what really needs to be done based on your budget. We try to save you money in terms of utilising your own furniture and furnishings where possible and not to hire any unnecessary items. This is a verbal consultation which involves a one hour verbal report on preparation, de-cluttering, effective space planning, furniture and furnishing arrangment, minor repairs, hints and tips.

Staging Option 2
This is a virtual consultation whereby we assess your property via digital photos or short movies that you can e-mail to us. We then e-mail you back to provide strategic advice and recommendations. Fee is based on offering on preparation, de-cluttering, effective space planning, furniture and furnishing arrangment, minor repairs, hints and tips.

Staging Option 3 - This is a detailed written report and eco design assessment. We walk through and around the property to carefully assess to see how to make the property be at it's most presentable. This option includes advice on preparation, presentation, reutilising your own home items effectively plus effective space planning, furniture and accessories arrangement, minor repairs, hints and tips. The report also includes an innovative eco design assessment that highlights any sustainable or eco friendly features about your property. The eco design assessment will give you an edge over other property owners who may not be aware of other benefical aspects of their property that can be marketed to their advantage. The report is e-mailed to you.

Staging Option 4 - Every property has different requirements therefore we cater to what best suits the property based on your budget. Initially we will walk through each area of your property and pin point what really needs to be done based on your budget. This is a partial home staging hire option which includes consultation, travel, installation and removal, hire furniture, accessories, art and/or plants.
Transaction and Payment details
Staging Optopn 1 (Verbal Consultation) Fee: $150
Payment details: All fees are paid after consultation.Alternatively, an invoice will be given after consultation in which the fee is payable within 7 days. Fees can be paid in cash, direct bank deposit or through on line via Paypal. Fee covers consultation and travel. Please note: This staging option is only available in the Auckland Area. We have a Special 50% discount off the ususal fee! Now currently only $75 for a verbal consultation.
Staging Option 2 ( Virtual Consultation) Fee: $100
Payment details: All fees are paid after consultation. Alternatively an invoice will be given after consultation, in which the fee is payable within 7 days. For clients in New Zealand, payment can be made via a cheque, direct bank deposit or through Paypal. For overseas clients, payment is made before consultation. We will e-mail you an attached link to Paypal in regards to fee payment. After consultation and analysing results are done, we will then e-mail you an attached soft copy receipt with the consultation results.
Staging Option 3 (Written Report) Fee: $300
Payment details: All fees are paid after consultation. Alternatively an invoice will be given in which the fee is payable within 7 days. Fees can be paid in cash, direct bank deposit or through on line via Paypal. Please note: This Staging option is currently only available within the Auckland area.
Staging Option 4
Cost will depend on how much you hire and for how long. Home stage costs are based on a monthly basis. Contact us for information on hireage fees.
